• We perform many procedures in our office including complete bladder studies, flexible cystoscopy, flexible hysteroscopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP. We have also added office endometrial ablation using both the Hydrotherm and Radio Frequency devices. We also perform Essure Tubal Occlusions in the office. We will also perform labiaplasty in the office under local anesthetics. We are the only office based practice in Southern California to perform these procedures in the clinic.

We know that coming in for an office visit is not always convenient and has a real cost to you as a patient; co-payments, gas and parking, lost wages, child care and other costs of office visits add up and we are sensitive to these costs and value your time. Our Online Consultation service, which has a modest associated fee, is designed not only for your convenience, but also to save you money when your questions, that previously required an office visit, can be adequately answered online. Online Consultations will not be the ideal service for all patients, but it will serve the needs of many and we are happy to offer this new service and convenience to you. Dr. Alinsod now offers our patients the ability to communicate with their physician through a secure e-mail message via this web site. These communications can take the form of either simple questions about office policies and procedures and prescription refill and appointment requests, involving the Secure Messaging function, or detailed treatment plans, requiring the Online Consultation service.
